Easy Courses as per European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AND Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) Standards
Course examiner can publish the exam to candidates online, by uploading the exam document to Zarafah Easy Courses application, and selecting date and time for the examination, Easy Courses will publish the uploaded exam document to candidates with random order for questions and answers, hence the cheating percent will be at its minimum.
Candidates can have the choice to answer any question, order is not required but answering all questions is required, trainees cant log out the exam without answering all the questions. If the exam is timely framed the candidates will be notified every now and then with the remaining time, and when the time is finished all the buttons will be deactivated along with automatic log out, examiner can extend the exam time frame for certain candidates, or prevent him from attending the exam due to course absence percentage, finally exam result will appear to examiner immediately.
Easy Courses can submit invoices to Trainees of the training center with order number, and discounts, also end user can upload the original invoice to application by using document space inside invoices module.
Training Manager can view calendar with instructors schedule, per month, week,day, and list view.
Candidates information can be stored easily with Zarafah Easy Courses, end-user can store candidate information such as "Title, name, birth date, place of birth, email address, phone numbers', candidates groups are a new feature in Easy Courses, end-user can add candidates to groups, by this several students can be added in one click instead of adding them individually, this feature used inside basic course modules', end-user can view exams history to selected candidate, or courses history, in same page, and print these information as report, documents space inside the students' page allows the end-user to upload documents to the selected students.
Easy Courses can be used by staff or users, staff users could be training manager, or exam manager, instructor, or invigilators, users are not staff they are helping the management to generate reports or monitoring attendance for students.
users and staff are managed by Easy Courses with permissions, permissions manage access to the application, for instance, instructors are allowed to insert students attendance only and they should not view anything else such as course information, or examination information.
EASA policies requires absence percentage for candidates inside basic course modules or other courses, therefor attendance considers an important part inside Easy Course, end-user such as instructor can add trainees daily attendance easily, and his own attendance also, by entering attendance for trainees and instructors, attendance reports will show absence percentage for each student inside basic course modules, or aircraft, specialized courses, students names with red color means that this student exceed the absence percentage.
There are two ways to add attendance for trainees, the first one could be daily attendance, and the second one is overall attendance for each student inside the basic course module or Courses.
Easy Courses enable trainees to study online, the end-user should upload the course material to application, and fill in course information such as target course duration in days, course audience, course objectives, course topics, course requirements, also instructor can add supporting material for course, supporting material could be video, image, pdf, or word document.
Trainees must have a username and password to access the online application, usernames, and passwords generated by end-user in one click only.
The online course has a timeline counter, and this to notify the trainees that they will no be able to access the online course after course duration, course duration value declared in the course information.
Document space is a place where end-user can upload the documents to the application to be retrieved later, documents space could be uploaded to a certain student or exam, course, or invoice.
